Architectural Control Committee – Membership and Selection
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is established by the Reflection Pointe Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and consists of five voting members and a paid consultant who is an architect. The Architectural Guidelines can be found under the “Building Guidelines” menu bar.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) holds four quarterly meetings that are open to the community. Property owners or those interested in purchasing property/land may attend any of the four quarterly meetings and meet with members of the ACC including the neighborhood architect Richard Alsop.
The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and are will be held virtually. A link to sign up for the open meetings will be sent out at a later date. The meeting dates for 2023 are March 2, June 1, September 7, and December 7.
