Reflection Pointe is a gated, waterfront community located on the North Carolina shores of Lake Wylie. Reflection Pointe is a secluded, planned community of over 360 home sites. The property owners at Reflection Pointe take advantage of our lagoon swimming pool and clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, walking trails, a beach area on Lake Wylie, a soccer field, and a children’s play area. Reflection Pointe is an active community with planned neighborhood events such as Neighborhood Night socials, Christmas events, pickle-ball & tennis meet-ups, pool parties, cars and coffee, bunko and more for the families and residents of the neighborhood.

The Reflection Pointe Homeowner’s Association, Inc. (RPHOA) is a non-profit corporation registered with the Secretary of State of North Carolina.
The Board of Directors consists of five Reflection Pointe property owners who are elected at the Annual Meeting held in December of each year.
The Board meets monthly at the Reflection Pointe Clubhouse.
Property Matters Realty, handles the day-to-day management of the Association and is responsible for the financial reporting and vendor oversight.

The Reflection Pointe Boat Slip Association is a separate entity from the Home Owner’s Association and is managed by the BSA Board of Directors.
For information on boat slips for sale or lease, please contact one of the members listed below. A map of the marina may be found here.
Please note: When a lot owner who owns a boat slip sell their lot, the boat slip must be sold with the lot, transferred to another lot owned by the member, or sold to another Reflection Pointe property owner.
Governing Documents
The Reflection Pointe Homeowners Association is governed by Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions and Bylaws that have been recorded at the Gaston County Courthouse. A link to both the CCR’s and Bylaws is provided below.
