1. Annual dues are $2,249.82. Dues are collected twice a year (January and July).

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) holds four quarterly meetings that are open to the community. Property owners or those interested in purchasing property/land may attend any of the four quarterly meetings and meet with members of the ACC including the neighborhood architect Richard Alsop.
The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held virtually. The meeting dates for 2023 are March 3, June 2, September 7, and December 7. For more information, please contact smckinney@propertymattersrealty.com.
